Terms of Service

3.1 Pricing

• All prices are displayed in EUR.
• Listed prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect existing purchases.
• We reserve the right to offer promotional pricing or discounts.

3.2 Payment

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchases.
• All purchases are final, subject to our Refund Policy.

3.3 Access

• Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to the purchased course.
• Access includes all future updates to the course content.
• Access is personal and non-transferable.

4.1 Our Content

All course content, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Sunny Redhu and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use
• Take notes and screenshots for personal study

4.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Download, copy, or redistribute course videos
• Record or capture course content using screen recording software
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content
• Remove any copyright notices or watermarks
• Use the content to create competing products

8.1 Conformity Requirements

Our digital content and services (including video courses, document reviews, and consultation calls) must conform to the contract in terms of:

• Subjective requirements: fitness for the purpose stated in the contract, quality as described, and functionality as presented.
• Objective requirements: fitness for the purposes for which digital content of the same type is normally used, and possession of the qualities customary in digital content of the same type.

8.2 Update Obligation

For products with lifetime access, we will provide updates (including security updates) that are necessary to keep the digital content in conformity with the contract. We will notify you of available updates in a timely manner.

8.3 Consumer Remedies

If the digital content or service does not conform to the contract, you are entitled, in accordance with BGB §§ 327d–327i, to:

• Remedy (Nacherfüllung): we will bring the content or service into conformity free of charge within a reasonable time.
• Price reduction (Minderung): a proportionate reduction of the purchase price if full remedy is not possible.
• Termination (Vertragsauflösung): you may terminate the contract if remedy is impossible, refused, failed, or disproportionate, subject to BGB § 327m.

8.4 Limitation Period

Claims for lack of conformity are subject to the statutory limitation period. For one-time digital content purchases, this is two years from the date of supply, in accordance with BGB § 327j.

9.1 Service Description

We offer 30-minute one-on-one video consultation calls conducted via Cal.com and Cal Video.

9.2 Pricing

• The price per 30-minute call is shown on the booking page at the time of purchase in your regional currency (EUR).
• Prices may change at any time; changes do not affect already-booked calls.
• Discount coupons may be applied at checkout where available.

9.3 Scheduling & Rescheduling

• You select a time slot via our booking page; Cal.com sends a calendar invitation automatically.
• One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled call time.

9.4 Cancellation & Refund

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the call are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the call, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
• If we cancel due to a technical fault on our side, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge.
• Full refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9.5 Confidentiality

• Calls are not recorded unless both parties explicitly agree in writing beforehand.
• Information you share during a call is treated as confidential and used solely to provide the consultation.

9.6 No Guarantee

Consultation calls provide advisory information only. We do not guarantee any specific career outcomes, employment results, or technical solutions arising from the call.

10.1 Service Description

We offer professional review of CVs and cover letters. You upload your document(s); we provide written feedback and upload refined versions.

10.2 Accepted Formats & Limits

• Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX.
• Maximum file size: 10 MB per document.

10.3 Pricing

• The price is shown at checkout in your regional currency at the time of submission.
• Discount coupons may be applied where available.

10.4 Turnaround Time

We aim to deliver written feedback and refined documents within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding German public holidays). Turnaround times are estimates and not contractually guaranteed.

10.5 Deliverables

• Written feedback covering structure, content, and presentation.
• Refined version(s) of your submitted document(s) with suggested improvements, including ATS optimisation tips and DevOps-specific advice where applicable.

10.6 Revisions

One revision round is included per submission. Additional revisions may be purchased as a new submission.

10.7 Confidentiality & Data Retention

• Your documents are stored securely in Google Cloud Storage and accessible only via time-limited signed URLs.
• Documents are automatically deleted after one year.
• We do not share your documents with third parties outside those required to operate the service.

10.8 No Outcome Guarantee

We do not guarantee that our feedback will result in job offers, interviews, or any specific career outcome.

10.9 Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your submitted documents. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you submit or the refined versions we return to you.
