1. Money-Back Guarantee

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your course purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Under EU consumer protection law (Widerrufsrecht), you have an unconditional right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. No conditions apply - this is your legal right as an EU consumer.

To exercise this right:

  • Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • No other conditions apply

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Visit our Contact Us page and submit a request with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include Details:
    • Your registered email address
    • Course name
    • Purchase date
    • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. Wait for Confirmation: We will respond within 2-3 business days

4. Refund Processing

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method
    • SEPA: 5-7 business days
    • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Full Amount: You will receive a full refund of [purchase amount] with no deductions

5. After Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your access to the course will be revoked
  • Your course progress will be reset
  • You may repurchase the course at any time at the current price

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Your 14-day withdrawal right is unconditional under EU law. However, refunds may not be granted if:

  • Request is made after 14 days from purchase
  • Account was terminated due to Terms of Service violations
  • Fraudulent purchase or chargeback was initiated

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Reaching out to us directly is faster and simpler than a bank dispute.

To request a refund, visit our Contact Us page with the subject line "Refund Request". We respond within 2–3 business days and process approved refunds promptly.

If a chargeback is opened with your bank while a refund request is already being processed by us, we reserve the right to suspend account access until the dispute is resolved. We do not charge any administrative fees for chargebacks.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), implemented in Germany as BGB §§ 355-357, you have a 14-day unconditional right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) from the date of purchase.

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within this period. This is your legal right and we fully honor it without any additional conditions.

Important clarification: While your statutory withdrawal right may expire per BGB §356(5) when you consent to immediate access to course content, we voluntarily extend the same unconditional 14-day refund guarantee beyond the statutory requirement. This ensures you always have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, regardless of whether you've started watching.

9. Consultation Call Refunds

  • Cancelled 24+ hours before the call: Full refund issued to the original payment method.
  • Cancelled less than 24 hours before the call, or no-show: Non-refundable. We cannot re-allocate the time slot on short notice.
  • Cancelled by us due to technical fault: Full refund or option to reschedule at no extra charge, at your choice.
  • EU withdrawal right: Under BGB §356(5), your statutory right of withdrawal expires when the call begins. For cancellations before the call starts, the 24-hour policy above applies in full.

10. CV & Document Review Refunds

  • Before review begins (pending_review status): Full refund on request. No work has been started on your documents yet.
  • Review in progress (in_review status): No refund once we have started reviewing your documents, as significant work has already been undertaken.
  • Review completed (completed status): No refund once feedback and refined documents have been delivered.
  • EU withdrawal right: Under BGB §356(5), your statutory right of withdrawal expires when we begin processing your documents. If you want to cancel, please do so before the status changes to in_review.
